This is a project-based employment. Successful candidates will provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries related to account specific products and services, process order placement and tracking, refunds and replacement, and other shopping account management through inbound calls and email.

Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
High school graduate with at least 6 months call center experience handling international account
Completed at least 2nd year college with or without call center experience
Amenable to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedule
Amenable to work on a project-based employment
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Professional, enthusiastic, and with pleasant telephone manner
Sales experience is an advantage but not required
Thorough knowledge of online shopping practices
