Position Responsibilities Requirements :

  • Responsible for Shift Management including but not limited to : oEnsuring that KPI s are met in terms of contract adherence for services delivered to customersoContinuously driving Service Desk Analysts to deliver incident resolutions and fulfilment of service requestsoCommunicating and updates Operations Manager with the team's status on a daily basisoGenerating required daily performance reportsoMonitoring of CMS and Schedule AdherenceoTimely, complete and accurate shift turn over reporting·Act as a Point of Contact for Onshore Team and High Priority Incident Management Team for Service Desk·Responsible for quality audit, coaching and evaluating team member's performance based on the agreed KPIs·Recommends and implements necessary disciplinary action plans including tracking of CAF documentations·Manage administrative tasks relating to team members’ SmartPay adherence and regularization, company and state provided benefits and work related logistical needs ·Responsible for the overall cohesiveness of the team and should be ready to resolve conflicts within the team·Should be familiar with the research and information resources and knowledge bases at hand ·Should be ready to research answers to questions using a variety of manuals and resources, and to work with other IT Support organizations in answering any customer's question(s)·Review, analyze and make recommendations to improve the processes related to the services that we provide·Conduct training for existing and new team members
