Working ArrangementHybrid Job Description The Opportunity The Portfolio Reconciliation Specialist is responsible in developing and maintaining accurate portfolio information for external clients and internal parties.
The person will also be responsible for efficient reconciliation of investment portfolios and provision of investigative support to related business units and Portfolio Managers.
This includes timely and accurate comparison of security position, cash balance and transaction and accrual data with that of external parties.
Ability to identify weaknesses in the workflow and establish effective control measures. Establish and maintain cordial relationship with various stakeholders including internal and external parties.

Atleast 5 years investment bank / asset management / custody / fund accounting experience Ability to manage and collaborate with global stakeholders Excellent communicator who can tailor-fit approach to different audiences Can transform large data into knowledge and insight Can articulate risk and performance indicators and develop and implement action plans.
Knowledge on execution of transfer agency processes such as settlement cycles and TA prop files. Experience in monitoring expense accruals account or fund income and distributions Prior reconciliation experience and knowledge on fund accounting is an advantage.
