The RoleThis is a business critical role focused on driving strong commercial results from the ecommerce marketplace channels we operate on behalf of our clients.
Working closely with our Client Account Managers and Head of Marketplace Management you will pro-actively manage clients marketplace accounts.
This will include but is not limited to answering customer queries, liaising with logistics personnel, preparing reports and implementing sales plans.
You will have the freedom to make the role your own and set the standard for the operational process.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain Marketplace channels on behalf of our clientsSupport Client Account Managers with escalations and urgent topicsAssist with the execution of promotional plans and strategiesImplement learnings and best practices across clients.
To Be Successful, You’ll Have : A background in E-Commerce Customer Service or administrationExperience in supporting management with execution of strategic plans and process improvement.
A basic understanding of Google Adwords, Google Trends, Terapeak, preferred.Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills.
Ability to working a fast-paced start-up environment.Direct seller experience of marketplace channels such as, eBay, Amazon, Lazada are preferred.
