A Shepards Editor isresponsible for (1) accurately interpreting history relationships between state and federal cases (2) identifying history connections between US reports and recommendations and their corresponding adopting orders and applies the necessary followed by treatment and (3) analytical determination of treatment relationships between citing and cited legal references and proper application of letters and phrases that accurately reflect those relationships.
