ResponsibilitiesOnboarding of new employeesAdministration of regular audits and reporting to ensure HR processes and data are maintained accuratelyAnswering employee requests and questions -
Act as the first point of contact for employees by answering questions, or escalating issues where appropriateAdministering health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminationsActing as a liaison between employees and insurance providersProvide payroll processing support and report generationHR compliance reporting and administration, for all government statutory benefits (SSS / Phil Health etc)Support with COEs and related paperwork request from employeesAdministrative support to HR department projects and events as neededAssisting with the performance review and termination processesConducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending correctiveQualifications3-
