Job Description :

  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of shops under Service by Shopee (SBS). This covers and not limited to the following :
  • Seller Center operations and management
  • Supply Planning
  • Management of expiring and ageing inventory
  • Shop Performance (NFR, LSR, and Listings Compliance)
  • Work with Key Account Managers and Merchandising team to ensure that commercial planning and execution in Ops side are aligned
  • Attend Business Reviews and provide report on shop performance and input on operational concerns
  • Attending to brand’s inquiries and requests
  • Manage sellers' operational concerns
  • Take lead in providing supply chain solutions to ensure unhampered operations and execution of promos and other special logistical needs :
  • Operationalizing of add-on deals, bundle deals, and GWPs, Inbounding guidelines alignment, Inbounding Schedules etc.
  • Putting together correct storage, handling & packaging guidelines for items from different categories
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, G Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and execution skills
  • with experience in coordination and negotiation
  • Open to flexible work schedules during peak seasons
  • Can do hybrid work set-up in BGC, Taguig, with occasional onsite visits to Calamba hub
