The client is a full service talent management, event production, and music consulting agency. They specialize in providing management services to DJs, producers, and other musical artists

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform data entry and contract management

• Manage calendar and coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements

• Manage Itineraries from creation, coordination and distribution

• Support event planning and logistics

• Perform administrative support including communicating details with clients

• Potential other special projects as assigned by executive management

Skills :

• At least 1 year relevant experience in administrative work

• Knowledge in Google Office (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar)

• Knowledge in Canva an advantage

• Has excellent written and oral English communication skills

• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and remain flexible in a fast paced environment without sacrificing attention-to-detail

• Ability to provide solutions and maximize resources

• Ability to exercise good judgment, patience, and a positive attitude

• Ability to adapt and non-resistant to changes

• Amenable to work on weekdays from 11 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM EST
