  • Native Korean fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
  • CSR experience is a plus but not required
  • Willing to work in Makati City
  • Responsibilities :

  • Provide assistance with clients’ concerns and inquiries and address it in a timely manner.
  • Proper escalation of client’s concerns and queries.
  • Presenting products to the client’s and ensure to increase the sales revenue.
  • Build sustainable relationship to clients
  • Translation of documents to deliver accurate information to customers.

  • Initial interview with Thai HR
  • Final Interview with Korean
