In your new position, you will play a crucial role in the expansion and further development of our workstream that focuses on the delivery of our Data & Analytics services.

While accompanying your assigned projects from start to finish, you will be responsible to ensure that all requirements are met, and projects are delivered on time.
This includes amongst others the conduction of briefing calls with our internal onshore clients to analyze their requirements, their intensive consultation regarding best practices based on your profound knowledge and the setup and maintenance of customized data analysis solutions.
Your key responsibilities :
Delivery of multiple simultaneous projects ensuring deadlines are met
Conduction of internal client calls and handling of client requests
Consultation of our internal clients with regards to best practices based on your in-depth analytics knowledge
Use Visual Basic in Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
Use Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas and graphing to streamline business processes
Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and established standards are in use
Work with multiple sources linking with Power BI
Perform comprehensive and meaningful research from various data sources, and verify accuracy to gather relevant information to create reports
Provision of functional guidance on an ongoing basis
Analyze business to track & improve metrics & profitability
Skills and attributes for success :
4+ years of relevant work experience in business analytics and / or data science
Bachelors or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Analytics and data visualization
Data enthusiast with an outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills combined with critical thinking and a goal-oriented mindset
Strong oral and written communication skills in English combined with a customer-orientated approach and focus to deliver exceptional client service
Profound knowledge on how to use, implement, modify and debug common statistics and BI tools such as R Studio, SPSS, Matlab, PowerBI and Tableau
Ability to create customer-facing reports that are intuitive to use yet feature-rich with a good understanding of customer requirements
Excellent knowledge in querying databases with SQL and / or BigQuery
Familiarity with a programming language such as R or Python
Able to debug / code difficult functions / macros using VBA
Ability to programmatically manipulate worksheet and cell properties using VBA
Good knowledge of Alteryx tool. Should be able to develop and maintain workflows, also to develop macros (Batch, Iterative, etc.)
Experience in Office 365 solutions including Power Automate Flow, Power Apps, Dynamics 365
