Lead Generator and Social Media Admin (Full-time AU)

  • Full-time 40 hours per week
  • The offer is at Php 35,000 to 40,000 take-home pay per month
  • Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM PHT Work Schedule

    Our client is one of the fastest growing education organizations in Australia, and they are currently expanding globally.

    They are looking for a long-term dedicated Lead Generator to join their organization as an integral part of their team.

    About the Role :

    This role is expected to build a healthy pipeline of leads while supporting the Sales and Marketing Team in reaching out to clients through email marketing and managing the social media campaigns.

    Responsibilities : Lead Generation

    Lead Generation

  • Develop deep understanding of the target market
  • Prospect, generate, and process leads
  • Data scraping to find leads via LinkedIn, website research, events, etc
  • Research the contact information of key officials and potential customers
  • Qualify prospects and collect the information for the company to initiate engagement via email campaigns
  • Track all results and create a transparent reporting system for management
  • Upload and manage the pipeline of leads in Salesforce CRM
  • Continuously update and expand the database through other channels such as referrals, Google search, public lists / database
  • Social Media Admin

  • Use social media marketing tools to maintain the company’s brand
  • Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
  • Respond to comments when needed to create a more engaging community
  • Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
  • Coordinate with various parties within the company to obtain essential reports needed by the Executives
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Qualifications :

  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in prospecting and lead generation in a B2B or B2C sales capacity
  • Previously worked as a Social Media Manager / Marketing Specialist or a similar role
  • Data mining and researching skills
  • Abreast with the extraction of leads from other online sources such as social media and lead generation tools
  • Solid expertise in social analytics, social monitoring / listening tools.
  • Basic understanding of PPC, email marketing, and events marketing
  • Has experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Good foresight to grab new marketing trends and ad opportunities
  • Has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM
  • A proven track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Conscientious, hard-working, and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize as necessary.
