Duties & Responsibilities
1. Define, create, document and implement repair processes and procedures2. Gather, utilize and analyze repair process data to initiate process changes and / or improvements3.
Collaborate and engage with cross functional teams for the timely and effective resolution of customer escalations4. Proactively provide and introduce process innovation using knowledge of new and emerging technologies in the market5.
Develop customized solutions to increase system yield to support repair operations in achieving KPIs and other business requirements including new product transfers.
6. Generate timely reports on status of process performance, resolution of issues / escalations, projects and updates on other tasks as assigned7.
Take ownership and accountability of the overall health of repair processes supported while ensuring compliance to established standards and customer requirements
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
1.Graduate of Bachelor of Science in ECE or equivalent courses2.With high analytical skills3.In-depth knowledge in 7 QC tools like Control Chart, Process FMEA, MSA as well as ATE operations is an advantage4.
Has a high sense of urgency and can interface with different level of positions in the organization5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills6.
Flexible to handle multiple tasks and meet timelines7.For internal applicants : has been with Teradyne at least 1 year
