Job Responsibilities :
Grow branded retail network - Work with Sales to recruit qualified candidates for branded retailers; initiate & follow-
through the processes with internal and external contacts on investment justification & approval, site layout / store design & approval, store build;
Work with BR Dev. Manager to justify physical location of the proposed geo-white-space for new and / or re-located branded retail.
Branded Retail Compliance - Work with Sales and third party to monitor the consistency of retail execution from branded retail customers as the individual and as the network.
Coordinate to conduct full store audit (GOAL program) and / or quick store audit (light version). Propose program to motivate and recognize the best performers and best improvers.
Work with BR Dev. Mgr to produce benchmark report from the store audit and with Sales to communicate the improvement targets to individual stores.
Field Coordination for Execution - Work with GY Sales, Marketing, SC to coordinate the deployment of GY retail programs in the field.
Work with Customers to support on Co-op and the agreed store own promotions. Ensure proper and on-time availability of point of sales and related materials as well as logistics for the sales / marketing programs
Induction of new branded retail members - Initiate and follow-through the customer journey for new members of GY Branded Retail.
Pull-in, coordinate and follow-up with internal / external resources to deliver the induction to help the customers are up to the speed to fully run and join the retail program and able to deliver the ramp-
up commitment to Goodyear
Capability development for Branded Retailers - Work with Branded Retail Dev. Manager, Sales & Trainers to identify & prioritize the training needs for branded retailers to improve and upgrade retail execution, car service work-
flow and workmanship and therefore continuously improve consumer experience across Goodyear branded retail network
Competitive Intelligence - Continuously monitor and communicate competitive intelligence and customer feedback. Understand the context and dynamic, analyse and propose way forward
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree / Professional diploma in Business / Marketing, related field.
Minimum of 4 years experience in business development / dealer development / trade marketing, preferably in automotive related or specialty retail / service industry
Experience in dealing with cross internal / external resources for project deployment and dealers' compliance of the branded retail or licensing or franchising model will also be preferred.
Excellent project management, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Process-oriented, with upright understanding of the business and competitive environment and ability to propose strategic and tactical programs
Good track record / success of programs, promotion and event management
Excellent English communication skills both oral & written
Proficient in Microsoft Office
