Recommend to HR and Administration Supervisor sources of recruitment such as but not limited to joining job fairs, doing campus recruitment from colleges and universities, placing advertisements in the newspaper and entertaining applicants whether walk-in, on-line or by mails.

Conduct preliminary screening of applicants and recommend qualified candidates to HR and Administration Supervisor before referring to appropriate department managers.

Administer pre-employment exams to qualified applicants or send the applicants to accredited Testing Center (if not available in-house).

Summarize all applicants profile as interviewed.Do reference and background checks on prospective employees by telephone or in writing.

Process new employee / s for contract signing, payroll inclusion and benefits orientation.Conduct Orientation of new employees (below managerial level).

Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures; may sometimes be required to explain or interpret policies.Assist in the maintenance of the Job Evaluation Plan and development or revision of

s.Assist in the maintenance and administration of compensation and benefits program; monitor salary increase recommendations as received to ensure compliance with the set guidelines.

Coordinate to all interfaced department on HR and Admin related matters.Maintain all necessary HR records and reports.Coordinate with department managers and Training Manager for the trainings or seminars to be conducted.

Process promotion of employees in accordance with policies on promotion.Assist the HR and Administration Supervisor in the review and revision of policies for approval of the President.

  • Monitor and renew all Insurance policies, contract of Lease of Tierra Agri Technologies Inc. in collaboration with UFERI & UIC'
  • s HRAD Supervisor and / or Manager.Collaborate with HRAD Supervisor and / or Manager in regard to Annual Physical Examination (APE), renewal of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Insurance and other HR related matters.

  • Graduate of Psychology or any Human Resource course;With experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compenben, and Training and Development;
  • Can work with less supervision;Willing to be assigned in Km. 15 Davao-Agusan Road, Brgy.Ilang, Davao City;No issues on Mon to Sat, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm working schedule
