Essential and optional requirements
At least one (1) year experience in the same capacity in 5 star hotel
Effective communication and guest relation skills
Knowledgeable in Micros and Opera
Amenable to work in shifts and extended hours
Responsible for guest satisfaction and informs Supervisor for special guest request
Ensures set up is according to hotel standards and ensures all service items are clean and in good condition
Responsible for F&B inventory, Club Millesime supplies and mise-en-place of stocked items
Coordinates with concerned departments and ensures club floor requirements are met
