The Customer Service Staff is responsible for handling transactions and reports to clients by coordinating with the related parties.
Prepares correspondences, mailers, as well as updates to clients and attends to On-line and / or telephone inquiries.
Job Description :
Provides accurate and timely information inquired by clients through a phone call, email, chat, and SMS;
Coordinates with backend support unit to ensure technical accuracy of computations, requirements, and information requested by clients, forwards to and coordinates with different sections for requests of customers requiring changes or adjustments to their account records;
Records details of facilitated inquiries, requests, complaints on a daily basis, ensures that customer complaints are investigated and properly forwarded to the right department;
Conducts client calls and informs them if there are required documents (valid IDs, TIN card, BIS, Marriage contract etc.
to be submitted for documentation or processing of Contracts (CTBS, DOAS, Amendment to Contract, Quit Claim);
Conducts client calls and informs them if the Contracts / Documents (RA / BIS, CTBS, DOAS, Amendment to Contract, Quit Claim) are already available for their signature or for safekeeping.
CSR will inform Sales Documentation Department whether the document will be sent to the showroom or via DHL;
Conducts welcome calls to new clients following the set timelines and according to established procedures;
Conducts information blasts to clients for important invitations like events;
Conducts information blasts to clients for important announcements and project updates;
Prepares costing and logistics of sending birthday cards to unit owners
Handles CS CRM Account;
Prepares and submits scheduled and AD HOC reports with accuracy and according to set deadlines;
Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor’s Degree holder in Marketing / Mass Communications / Business Management or equivalent;
With at least one (1) year relevant customer service experience, preferably in the real estate development industry;
Customer service-oriented and mature in outlook;
Organized, keen on details and works well under pressure;
Personable, with excellent oral and written communication skills;
