  • Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions
  • Refer customers to supervisors or more experienced employees
  • Handle changes in policies or renewals.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or

  • adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • At least 18 years old
  • With good to excellent English communications skills
  • High School Graduate with BPO EXPERIENCE
  • Undergraduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
  • College Graduates / Fresh Graduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
  • Vocational Course Graduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
  • SITES : ORTIGAS, MANDALUYONG, SAN JUAN, PASIG, RIZAL, QUEZON CITY, PASAY, TAGUIG, ALABANG, MAKATI, MANILA, UP AYALA, CUBAO and EASTWOOD.
