The Talent Acquisition Manager holds overall accountability for meeting the headcount targets for current as well as new clients in his / her assigned site / s.
He / she will develop and strengthen relationships with all clients and stakeholders by leading the Talent Acquisition Operations team through the day-
to-day control and direction on interviews, selection, and job offers. This role is also expected to collaborate with the other departments / units within Talent Acquisition on all recruitment needs to ensure all open tracks are filled in a timely manner at the targeted cost per hire;
as well as other units such as Business Development, Human Resources and Operations in order to promote a positive new hire experience.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Identifies of any / all recruiting issues related to clients and develop / implement solutions
Drives client satisfaction and play a proactive role in solidifying client relations
Conducts a transactional client feedback survey and use the data gathered to enhance the process and strengthen client relations
Monitors the progress of all open tracks and ensure timely endorsement / feedback is provided to clients via quality TA reports
Drives performance management principles within his / her team by establishing and strengthening the team through group and individual metrics, rewards and recognition and drive the team to excel
Monitors the team’s performance and provide coaching as needed
Performs regular 1 : 1 sessions and establish individual succession plans for the team
Provides ample opportunities for growth by making recommendations / facilitating trainings, learning sessions, or seminars
Ensures timely and proper communication of organization changes and new strategies to the team.
Responsible for administration of the candidate processes for all open tracks including conducting job interviews and placement
Implements and monitors the end to end recruitment process including quality, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvements
Promotes process automation; continuously optimizes processes by eliminating manual and time-consuming processes
Provides regular, consolidated updates and analyses of trends to clients that results to improved stakeholder understanding of the recruitment processes
Utilizes the data gathered / reports generated to establish recommendations to improve processes and policies
Manages the development, implementation and gathering of recruiting reports including, but not limited to, staffing, weekly / end of month recruiting reports, open track reports etc.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional / departmental goal attainment or for his personal and professional training, education or development as programmed by superiors
Education and / or work experience requirements
Relevant BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
MBA in human resources or organizational development desirable
At least 2 - 3 years working experience in technology or service industry
At least 3 - 5 years experience as supervisor in human resources with employment and recruitment / sourcing / marketing background preferred
Must have extensive and current experience in sourcing and recruitment of various positions in the Philippines for the call center / BPO industry
Familiarity with all human resource areas specifically, recruitment and sourcing / marketing
Familiarity working in fast-moving, dynamic working environment / industry
Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to influence and persuade senior management
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with employees at all levels management and rank-and-file
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Strong planning, organizational and coordination skills
General working knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame and meet tight deadlines
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Solid analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
