Your day-to-day in a nutshell :

Answering incoming calls from customers

Resolving customer inquiries / requests

Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing

Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

Qualifications :

Highschool or Senior High School graduate required

Minimum of six (6) months of prior sales experience (to include upsell and cross-sell) required

Previous work experience in the health care industry or work experience with senior living / care desired

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to resolve customer conflicts while supporting company policies

Ability to understand customer issues and gain agreement on the issue

Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Highly effective organizational skills.

Proficiency in systems navigation
