JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
  • No work experience required.
  • Required Skill(s) : communication skills, events management, critical thinking
  • Preferably with 1 year experience in training, recruitment, test administration and other HR Functions.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills Good interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills, especially PowerPoint for presentations Good oral and written communication
  • Ability to perform under pressure and stressful condition
  • JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinates all classroom training classes.
  • Researches outsourced training suppliers and materials as needed.
  • Reports the results of training data.
  • Monitors & maintains the training database.
  • Coordinates and documents employee engagement programs.
  • Assist in on-time posting of manpower requirements in the leading papers and / or e-advertisements.
  • Checks and reviews completeness of employment requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by OD-HR Manager & VP-OD.
  • Recommends changes to existing procedures and guidelines to improve efficiency and responsiveness of OD Department
  • Attends OD employee engagement programs and meetings.
