Strategic Challenge / Background : Within the service catalogue of UniOps, Customer Operations Manila organisation is responsible for the management and delivery of Supply Services in SEAA, both through third-party partners.

Key deliverables of the organization are Cash through overdue reduction, Cost reduction through savings in O2C in Logistics, and Customer Service and controls.

The goal of Manila Service Center is to harmonize and improve the processes, as well as monitor the performance of the 3rd Party Provider.

The position described below would be covering analytics leading to insights that would lead to improvements and efficiency in the current processes both for the Service Center and for the customer countries.

Main Accountabilities Acts as the Manila Service Centre’s Automations and Data Analytics Expert Responsible for Automations Roadmap of Manila Service CEnter Responsible to ensure operationalization of Data Analytics framework of the Manila Service Center Translate complex data from operations such as sales figures, order volume and timings, tickets and issues raised, specialist efficiency, and so on into insights and visualization easily understandable by stakeholders and functions in order to propose initiatives and predictive tools beneficial to business operations by performing analysis of data using analysis tools and data models With the help of 3P, maintain and ensure quality and accuracy of analytics dashboards and reports for both internal purposes and for stakeholders, and automate ETL of analytics dashboards Support achievement of Service Center and MCO KPIs (customer service, cost, savings, etc) through initiatives proposed from insights gathered from Hub Analytics Preside / Attend performance governance meetings with the 3P and country and validate the analysis performed by 3P.

Coordinate with stakeholders and partner functions in order to deploy and monitor continuous improvement projects Efficient, timely and transparent communication to internal customers and partners and helping in requirement gathering and policy enforcement.

Identify new opportunities for data gathering to fill gaps in existing models and / or enhance models in order to drive higher levels of performance throughout the organization by aligning and coordinating with Global Process Excellence team and 3P as well as learning from industry to understand and deploy best practices and latest tools and techniques in the field of Analytics Work in an effective, cohesive team environment in order to prioritize and deploy initiatives effectively Document and communicate analytics insights, proposals, and project progress and development and train users on usage of tools, visualizations, and models Qualifications & Skills Excellent English written and verbal communication and presentation skills Excellent analytical skills Technical expertise in data modelling, analytics, visualization, desktop automation Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively in both independent and diverse multi-task team environments Very good Microsoft skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, Power BI, Azure, Access, SharePoint) Strong data manipulation, analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills Essential : Minimum educational level : graduation or MBA or equivalent from premier university.
