JOB SUMMARY :
The Brand Management Specialist is responsible for executing projects and initiatives to support our short and long-term brand strategy in the Food Group.
He / she works closely with the Category, Sales, Marketing teams across all countries to ensure that all brand-related deliverables are accomplished.
As a brand guardian, he / she is also responsible in ensuring that the quality and timeliness of branded materials adhere to brand standards and / or regulatory compliance.
The Brand Management Specialist will collaborate with various internal teams; and together with the Brand Manager, help in designing a brand and portfolio strategy.
He / She must have a deep understanding of customer behavior, as well as multiple distribution and communication channels to be able to help come up with sound proposals.
Ultimately, he / she will help establish our brands and ensure they remain consistent and relevant in the markets we serve.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Account & Project Management
Serve as the lead point of contact for countries and categories for brand-related assignments.
Liaises requirements between internal clients and support teams.
Ensures the timely and successful delivery of branding & communication solutions according to the divisions’ needs and objectives.
Branding, Design & Concept Creation
Analyzes industry, competition and market trends.
Develop a robust brief for the Creatives team and / or agencies.
Assists in creating brand names, campaigns & messaging for new products and / or services.
Packaging Design and Implementation
Works closely with Categories, Procurement, R&D and QA in the product development process by recommending the right packaging design for new products.
Suggests material and concept according to market and consumer trends.
Designs packaging in appropriate keylines.
Works closely with suppliers and ensures that they meet the design standards.
Endorses approval or rejection of supplier delivery.
Participates in current and future company programs and ensure the team’s compliance in their various requirements such as (but not limited to) : ISO, 5S, Risk, ISMS, Innovation, etc
Attend learning and development activities in order to comply to UTPs and increase the level of technical skills required for the position
Performs other related activities that may be assigned by immediate superior.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT :
Graduate of any four (4)-year course preferably with major coursework in a field related to the job.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal and working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
