We are looking for Sales cloud Developer who will be responsible for creating, designing, and customization salesforce :

  • Works individually and within teams to analyze needs, determine requirements, develop applications, and maintain or extend applications to support the information technology of business and operational users.
  • The role utilizes a system development life cycle methodology and standard operating procedures to deliver high-quality technology solutions to clients, departments, and users.

  • CSS, JavaScript and HTML5 Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), Salesforce Lightning components (LWC), Salesforce Security including Profiles, Permissions sets and Sharing Rules
  • Web Services, lightning UI
  • Triggers, classes, Asynchronous Apex, Web Services, SOQL, visual force Pages, Aura components, APEX Components & Controllers, AppExchange etc.
  • Force.com IDE, VS Code, WSP FTP,SOAP UI , GitLab , Integration and Rest API
  • Apex Data Loader, Data Import Wizard
  • ANT Deployment tool, Salesforce Workbench, In-bound and Out-bound Change Sets, Eclipse Force.com IDE
  • The key accountabilities for this role are, but not limited to;
  • Analyzes end-user needs and designs, tests, and develops software to satisfy demand.
  • Analyzes and translates business requirements in functional and non-functional system requirements.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains systems that conform to company’s information technology principles, software development methodology, architecture and best practices.
  • Partner with infrastructure and architectural heads to ensure the application meets service level standards and roadmap
  • Requirements Specific responsibilities :

  • Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications.
  • Builds design and coding standards to ensure consistency across applications.
  • Debugs problems with information systems using a variety of analytical skills, techniques, and resources.
  • Provides training, technical support, and documentation of information systems to peers and end users.
  • Routinely communicates status (problems encountered, and time remaining to complete) to leadership team.

    Qualifications

    Experience / Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding of Salesforce Platform
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM
  • Hands on knowledge in salesforce development using APEX, LWC
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience authoring reports for various executive stakeholders with different levels of quantitative knowledge
  • Strong critical thinking skills, and are proactive about questioning the norm and pushing for improvements

  • Ability to design, develop, implement complex requirement.
  • Pro-active support to the business is a key attribute for this role with a customer service focus to link both systems requirements with business outcomes.
