NPI Project Leader
Define the project team and communication infrastructure.
Develop the project milestones and deliverable schedule.
Define the technical gaps of the new product and the proposed manufacturing process.
Establish and execute the feasibility, characterization and reliability plans.
Establish and execute the qualification plan, gather all the critical data, publish the results and address all technical issues.
Establish and execute the line stressing or large-scale validation plan and support the volume ramp-up team.
Present the project status and results at the different maturity levels to the review board and management.
Profile
Graduate of any Engineering course.
Minimum of 6 years experience in the Semiconductor industry with at least 3 years of project management assignment.
Must be knowledgeable on APQP, DOE, FMEA, SPC, 8D and Quality Management System.
Must have strong leadership qualities and with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
