JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Establish payment / collection arrangement with customers and follow up on status.
  • Support marketing campaigns and events.
  • Report any suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Process deposit and withdrawal transactions.
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Diploma or degree preferably in any of these fields :
  • a) Business Studies (b) Accounting (c) Business Management

  • Fresh graduates / Entry level Applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Good arithmetic and analytical skills.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Well-versed in the use of computers and MS Office.
  • Experience in handling remittance, multi-currencies and customer service is an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Required language(s) : English
  • The ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
  • Must be able to work shift, irregular and also weekends and public holidays.
