Job Description The Resource Senior Analyst will coordinate and take responsibility for allocating work requests received from the Australian Talent Management (ATM) team for staff in the Assurance and Consulting areas of PwC Australia on a daily basis.
This role will also involve proactive communication with the Australian Talent Management team with regards to the resolution of booking-conflicts and reallocation of work to different team members where necessary.
This role will require the Resource Senior Analyst to regularly liaise with the Team Leader - Resourcing, Australian Talent Manager Leads and individuals within the Australian Talent Management team, and, at times, the Australian Assurance and Consulting client facing staff.

Take responsibility for the accuracy of information of each request and proactively escalate issues or anomalies to Australian Talent Managers.
Prepare and analyse reports from TalentLink, sharing the information into Google Sheets for further collaboration with Australian TM.
Prepare ad-hoc and monthly reports for Australian Talent project leads on MSDC utilisation and training opportunities. Communicate consistently with Australian Talent Managers, including the escalation of tasks that cannot be effectively completed or managed locally.
