Job Description The Resource Senior Analyst will coordinate and take responsibility for allocating work requests received from the Australian Talent Management (ATM) team for staff in the Assurance and Consulting areas of PwC Australia on a daily basis.

This role will also involve proactive communication with the Australian Talent Management team with regards to the resolution of booking-conflicts and reallocation of work to different team members where necessary.

This role will require the Resource Senior Analyst to regularly liaise with the Team Leader - Resourcing, Australian Talent Manager Leads and individuals within the Australian Talent Management team, and, at times, the Australian Assurance and Consulting client facing staff.

  • Qualifications : Must be a graduate of any business or management course At least 3 years relevant work experience in the role of a planner / workforce management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel Experience with resource planning software and time management tools will be an advantage Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) Exhibits ability and confidence in working and communicating with team members of all levels Good organisation and coordination skills Strong attention to detail Ability to handle pressure Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think laterally when conceptualising solutions Resource Management Contribute to maximising the utilisation of client facing team resources Responsible for managing work requests received from the ATM team, including the preparation and processing of bookings onto TalentLink, autonomous allocation of resources to stocktakes, budget booking processing and roll-forward tasks.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of New Starter lines, ensuring proactive communication of start dates and capacity Manage resource requests based on the understanding of the team member skills, experience, and engagement asks;
  • advising Australian Talent Managers on availability. Assist Australian Talent Managers with ad hoc resource management requests Escalate any issues to the relevant Managers.

    Take responsibility for the accuracy of information of each request and proactively escalate issues or anomalies to Australian Talent Managers.

    Prepare and analyse reports from TalentLink, sharing the information into Google Sheets for further collaboration with Australian TM.

    Prepare ad-hoc and monthly reports for Australian Talent project leads on MSDC utilisation and training opportunities. Communicate consistently with Australian Talent Managers, including the escalation of tasks that cannot be effectively completed or managed locally.

  • General data cleansing TEAM SET UP SDC Manila RM Lead (responsible for training, recruitment, scoping roles, comms and planning with the SDC Australia leads) Central Talent Management - Responsible for common tasks shared by both Assurance & Consulting;
  • deal with all onboarding, offboarding tasks; leave and training specific tasks; ServiceNow inbox managers Assurance specialist - Allocated by Industry (T&R, FS, CIPS, EUR) and responsible for Assurance specific tasks Consulting specialist - Allocated by Industry (FS, Health, CIPS, G&PS) and responsible for Consulting specific tasks
