POSITION / ROLE SUMMARY
The Fullstack Developer will be a key contributing member of the Data & Analytics ( DnA ) Development Team, bringing value to the business through software development in a manner that will generate efficiency and ensure consistency and quality of output.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand current processes
Work with a project team to design software based solutions addressing business needs
Actively seek user feedback to streamline and standardize business processes
Handling exceptions and providing first level support
Monitoring and reviewing process analytics
Reporting on developed solution performance to the project sponsor, key stakeholders, and senior members of the DnA Team
Proactively advance his / her knowledge of automation technologies through self-study, hands-on experience, and formal trainings
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software engineering or related course
Essential Requirements
Minimum of 1 year related experience (Associate)
Minimum of 2 years related experience (Analyst)
Minimum of 3 years related experience (Senior Analyst)
Applicable experience in using AppScript, Javascript, HTML, CSS / Bootstrap, SQL and C#.net
Knowledgeable in process analysis, design, and optimisation
Good project management skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
Knowledge of artificial intelligence programming / machine learning algorithms is a definite advantage (e.g., Python, Azure ML, Java, C++, etc.)
Working knowledge of MS Office applications including Visio
Agile / Scrum methodology for software development
