The Project Manager is responsible for the preparation of cost estimates, certification for progress or final payments, final punch list and consolidation of all warranties including operating manuals for turnover of projects and regular inspection to ensure that work is executed in accordance with the contract and approved plans within the target date.
Job Description :
Performs various functions ranging from cost control, quality assurance and timely delivery of projects;
Monitors that all projects are constructed according to contract documents requirements;
Implements control measures to ensure that Construction Management Department projects are completed within approved budget and schedule
Provides information to Senior Project Managers and Management regarding cost status and schedule for monitoring purposes and to guarantee that the projects are protected from possible cost overruns;
Enhances quality initiatives of CMD through regular audits of on-going projects;
Ensures that contract drawings and specifications are being followed;
Monitors if the quality program put in place by the contractor are implemented effectively and are suitable to achieve objectives;
Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
With at least 8 years experience in project management of high-rise buildings
Demonstrates ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands;
Proficient in plan review and value engineering;
With strong leadership skills, assertive, resourceful and a team player;
