Position OverviewAbout Credit Risk Data UnitRisk Close and Analysis (RC&A) provides support to ensure integrity and transparency of reportable Finance Risk information.
It optimizes, governs, maintains and ensures the efficient and effective operation of the Finance Risk close end to end processes for all relevant metrics.
RC&A also contributes to the maintenance of the relevant Finance Risk systems to enable optimal feed processes from Business and Infrastructure sub-
ledgers.Credit Risk Data Unit Credit Operations AnalystThe Credit Risk Data Unit (CRDU) group provides quality assured, and timely Finance relevant Risk information and analysis to key stakeholders in a transparent and controlled manner covering the end to end processes for all relevant metrics in an efficient and regulatory compliant way.
As a Credit Operations Analyst, you are primarily responsible for processing quality and timely risk relevant information and analysis for key stakeholder in a transparent and controlled manner.
Credit Operations under CRDU ensures accurate and timely maintenance of credit risk counterparty data systems for proper risk reporting.
This involves analysis, validation, remediation and reporting of counterparty data to deliver correct risk metrics and regulatory reports.
In the role of a Credit Operations Analyst, you will perform data processing and reconciliation between systems and other references (internal and external) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
You are expected to prepare runbook / test scripts in reference to the standard operation procedures used in production, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on the processing of counterparty data, and perform root cause analysis on deltas.
You are to complete all governance and compliance requirements (i.e. regular update and review of process documentations) and ensure that Key Control Points (KCPs) are checked and documented.
Lastly, you are expected to engage with different business partners and stakeholders as necessary and to perform all other tasks as necessary for the business.
For this requirement you will need to have a degree in any Finance or Business-related course. You will need to have a basic understanding of Accounting, Investment Banking products (i.
e. Debt, Equities, Derivatives), and Credit Risk concepts. You need to possess advanced skills in MS Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access), and preferably be familiar with working with SQL.
You will need to have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, innovative, collaborative and possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment and keep pace with technical and operational innovation.
