Job Description

As our Merchandiser your primary focus is being responsible for the VIS Agreement and maintenance of ITW ranges to a high standard for retail sale within your designated region.

Primary Responsibilities

Drive customer satisfaction, meeting agreed customer service levels through superior business practices, focused customer service and strong relationship building

Maintain high levels of stock display and cleanliness

Complete stock adjustments and report if stock from previous order is not put away.

Change min max levels for stock, labels and trays when required.

Maintain accurate call cycle compliance : Efficient and streamlined customer call cycle delivery, maximising the allocated in-store hours

To be successful in this position you will have :

Demonstrated high standards of oral and written communication skills including ability to liaise with varying levels of organisation & customer base.

Proven ability to develop & maintain customer / business relationships

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously

Strong time management and organisational skills

Numerical literacy
