Responsibilities

Production Line support for equipment in assigned area

Assists in new equipment setup, resolution of major equipment problems and equipment restoration

Assists in the development of projects to improve equipment performance, prolong life of parts, and management of spares

Assists in the development of preventive maintenance schedule, procedure, checklists, buy-off and specifications

Assists in the analysis and resolution of customer issues

Mentors production operator and assists in skills-up training and certification

Maintain good housekeeping and good practice of safety protocols in assigned area

Perform other functions to support manufacturing requirements

Requirements

Graduate of 3-year technology course with 2 years experience as Line Maintenance Technicianin a manufacturing / semiconductor company

Preferably with good troubleshooting skills on the following platforms : DTS, PFT, PTECH (Legacy Testers), NX, SRM and Legacy Handlers

Hands on experience in hydraulics, servomotors, pumps, sensors, motor controls, Electro pneumatics and PLC

With intermediate setup knowledge on FT Equipment

Can interpret basic electronics circuit and schematics

Good oral and written communication skills

Can work independently with minimal supervision

Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment

With integrity and good character towards work

Ability to multi-task and work systematically in meeting deadlines without compromising the quality
