Job Functions :

  • Provides subject matter expertise on CRM Administration related matters.
  • Provides CRM training as required for various workgroups.
  • Supports report and data requests from CRM and related Business Intelligence system.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English
  • Creativity, engagement and collaboration with others in a team
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in business related work
  • CRM experience required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good presentation skills
