We are looking for IT Risk Managers who will be part of our Corporate IT organization that owns IT Governance, Risk and Compliance.

As a Risk Manager, you will play a big role in leading IT Risk Assessment, Mitigation and Governance for P&G. This work helps drive business results by ensuring effective risk awareness and action planning throughout the Company.

This will help P&G protect its IT investments. In this role, you will constantly learn industry-relevant frameworks and methodologies, and are required to bring this external knowledge back to P&G.

This role demands a depth of experience in Risk Management and Stewardship, including the ability to engage effectively with leadership at all levels in designing and carrying out these critical governance processes.

What you will be doing :

  • Perform an IT risk assessment on a regular basis. This analyses current IT risks and identifying potential IT risks.
  • Design and implement an overall IT risk management process for an organization
  • Establish and align the level of IT risk to be managed and governed by different IT groups
  • Measures, reports, and explains IT risks to stakeholders
  • Creates and owns interventions necessary to remediate IT risks
  • Builds IT risk awareness by providing support and training to others
  • Conducts policy and compliance audits for areas related to IT Risks
  • Qualifications

    Here are the kinds of skills we’re looking for :

    A bachelor degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field. MBA or other post-graduate degrees are beneficial but not mandatory.

    Current industry CRISC certification. If not certified, then must be willing to undergo training and certification within the first year.

    Other certifications like ITIL, CGEIT; CISSP; DevOps; PMP; CISA are beneficial, but not mandatory

    Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with communication to senior IT Executives is preferred

    Strong collaboration skills ability to influence and build relationships with business unit stakeholders, external service providers, and architecture teams is required

    Ability to disrupt existing processes and models and transform the current state to a better future state

    Excellent planning and organizing skills
