Job Description

  • These are font liners who provide professional and efficient phone, email and chat support to Shared Services Clients.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Answer general inquiries, billing concerns or other information about INSURANCE.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years college or HS Graduate with 7 months call center experience handling an international voice account.
  • Good English communication skills with an ability to effectively present information to internal and external contacts.
  • Has the ability to service clients over the phone, email and chat.
  • Can do attitude with energy.
  • Proficient with the English language.
