What will a normal day look like?
The Order Management Agent ensures customer satisfaction by accurately provisioning customer details into CRM tool of client and TSA (current and legacy), proactively monitoring completion, performing order remediation in a timely and effective manner.
Potential contact to customers and other departments to fulfil services.
What will you do?
Enter order details into client systems to initiate commissioning of product / s
Where e required, phone customer or liaise with contractors to schedule installation and / or delivery
Investigate and take steps to rectify rejected service orders
Recontact customer / s and if required, modify orders and complete voice signature recording
Qualifications
High School Diploma (Must have least 6 months relevant experience). Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's / College Degree (no exp. required).
Meets the typing requirement. (35WPM Non Voice)
Has critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Can multitask and has high attention to detail.
Amenable to work on-site in Pasay
Able to support a WFH set up as needed with conducive work space and home internet
