Responsibilities :
Provide coaching to members for a product, system, and processes knowledge
Answer phone calls from Portuguese speaking customer
Ensure quality of customer service compliance
Handle and solve technical issues for hardware / software problems of computers, mobile, tablets, and router

Requirements :
Filipino fluent in Portuguese and English
Open for native Portuguese speakers
Preferably Bachelor Degree holder of any course

Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net, and other Programming Languages
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
