Job Description

HCM Administrator’s primary role is to ensure that employee master data are entered and maintained in SAP system accurately and in accordance with audit requirements and data privacy policy.

Major Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating, delimiting and maintaining of master data in SAP. Ensures that employee records are maintained accurately in the system.
  • Creates and updates work instructions of assigned tasks and processes.
  • Provides report for management use, internal and external audits. Ensures compliance on audit requirements and data privacy policy.
  • Supports and participates in HCM related transition and project implementation including user acceptance testing and other duties as assigned.
  • Responds to inquiries from HRBPs, internal and external customers about HCM data and processes.
  • Always consider ways to improve current processes and procedures
  • Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in SAP HCM, preferably in a BPO or shared services industry
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge. Advanced Excel knowledge is an advantage.
  • SAP HCM user for at least 2 years
  • Proficient in oral and written English communication
  • Open to working on shifting schedule as needed
  • Can work in an organization with diverse culture and people with different types of personality
