Job Description

  • Monitoring of all administrative task of finance section and assuring its completion
  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Ensure that all the received accounting related concerns were answered and closed
  • Organize the filing of all accounting documents
  • Receiving and transmittal of accounting docs to other departments
  • Centralize the answering of finance calls
  • Emailing the HR of the cheques available for release
  • Organize the schedule and releasing of the cheques
  • Organize the everyday task of the liaison officer
  • OTHERS :

  • Other task that may be assign to help the section in delivering reliable and timely output.
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Must be at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, Finance / Accountancy, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
  • Open for Fresh Graduates
  • Willing to work onsite
  • OJT experience in the related field
  • SALARY : 14k TO 15k
