Functional overview

Recruiters are responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process.

This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop recruiting plan for each open position
  • Recruit candidates in a timely manner
  • Track candidates in recruiting process and develop daily metric reporting
  • Manage assessments and testing
  • Develop streamline methods for offer letters, background screens and drug testing
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases / colleges / social media
  • Ability to attend off-site job fairs
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct Interviews
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees to have them fully integrated into our systems
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Promote company's reputation
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board
  • Minimum competencies

  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationshipsds built on trust
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking and HRIS System
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum qualifications

  • At least 2 years US Recruiting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or any field, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking and HRIS System
  • Willing to Work-from-Home (permanent) and on a US / night shift (9 : 00pm-6 : 00am MNL)
