Your Role

Manage all system related, data entry tasks for the customer on-boarding process.

Your Responsibilities

  • Linking of customer ID through various applications New (On-boarding). Utilising applications such as but not limited to CoreLOG, QT, Cargowise, etc.
  • Reviewing, updating and correcting customer ID through various applications Existing (Retention). Utilising applications such as but not limited to CoreLOG, QT, Cargowise etc.
  • Setup and management of standard internal monitoring alerts for customer on-boarding
  • Creation, maintenance, setup and scheduling of all standard customer reporting (predominantly SME) via Business Objects and Tableau
  • Setup and maintenance of customer business profiles; New and Existing business as defined by the SOP
  • Distribution of customer satisfaction surveys (for all new SME customers on-boarded)
  • Support creation of customer specific Wiki pages
  • Upload of SOPs (and updated SOPs) to centralised repository.
  • Your Skills and Experiences

    Bachelors Degree Holder

    International Experience

    Analytical and Logical thinker

    Occasional travel to Australia for training and development. Australian work hours to suit time difference preferred but flexible.
