What The Person Will Be Responsible For

Build Paid Search and / or Facebook marketing campaigns with an emphasis on performance-based optimization

Develop creative marketing campaigns to accelerate the pace of customer acquisition

Managing advertising spend to quarterly and monthly marketing budgets

Conduct or direct ad copy and landing page tests to optimize QS and conversion rates

Collaborate with product marketing team to optimize website and product offering

Track, measure, and report on marketing performance

What You Will Need

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Marketing / Business or in a quantitative or analytical field preferred

4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, SEM experience a plus.

Articulate in both written and verbal English communication and ability to interface effectively with stakeholders

Comfortable with critical and analytical thinking

Strong basic math and statistics skills

Advanced Excel and analytical skills required

Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once with excellent attention to detail

Ability to effectively resolve problems and / or roadblocks as they occur, and know when to escalate

Assertive, take charge attitude, ambitious, creative, and a team player

A 4-year degree in a quantitative field study is preferred
