Our respected client is seeking a professional with strong background in financial reporting, planning and analysis for the job of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.
The job is based in Makati City, Philippines.Job summaryThe Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for managing the monthly financial reporting and regular financial planning processes.
He / She will also be tasked to provide financial assessment of key initiatives to support management decisions.Key job responsibilities include : Manages the preparation and analysis of annual budget and regular forecasts for the Company ensuring reasonableness.
Provide and present financial analysis and evaluations for key initiatives (new products, cost efficiencies, capital investments, etc.
to support business decisions.Manages the monthly closing of the books, ensuring reasonably complete and proper accounting of transactions, particularly on accruals and product costs, and collaborating effectively with the company’s Accounting, Production, Purchasing and other departments.
Manage the cost accounting functions, ensuring reasonableness of standard costs, completeness of cost-related transactions, proper analysis and disposition of cost variances.
Manage the analysis of key accounts, including fixed assets, cash (i.e, bank reconciliation) and other relevant balance sheet items.
Design and provide regular sales, profitability analysis, and other management reports to drive financial performance, anticipate & manage risks, maximize / capture opportunities, all towards achievement of financial targets.
Drive internal control improvements in the processes and systems.Lead or support projects / initiatives relating to profit and process improvements.
Manage and ensure completion of other relevant analysis or projects, as requested, by CFO and Leadership Team.Manages, coach and motivates staff to perform.
Job Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in AccountingMust be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a Certified Management Accountant (CMA)With five (5) years’ experience as a Business / Financial Planning and Analysis ManagerHands-
