The Sourcing Coordinator assists the Talent Acquisition team in finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent that fits the requirements of the organization.
He / she will be the person in charge in executing sourcing strategies to ensure we have enough pool in fulfilling the demands of the company. Responsibilities :
Manage and monitor different job boards, recruitment channels, trackers Source passive candidates
Source passive candidates
Search resume databases for ideal candidates
Utilize social media to promote employer brand and attract talents
Communicate effectively with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure demands are clear prior to actual sourcing
Carefully review applicants and identify most qualified for a given position
CV screening / initial interview to ensure proper validationand conversion of candidates
Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive
Post job advertisements in different job boards (as applicable) to ensure steady flow of applications
Maintain Applicant data needed in developing sustainable recruiting strategies
Update trackers regularly for timely reporting
At least a year of experience as a Sourcing Coordinator
HR Coordinator, can be Recruitment or Sourcing
Experience in Employer branding and Recruitment marketing, an advantage
Exposure to ATS / HR Tools is preferred
