Job Responsibilities :
â¢Plan, lead and execute implementation activities (conduct workshops, design, configuration, documentation, testing, training, data migration and deployment)
â¢This role includes sustainment responsibilities including end user support, application upgrades and communicating with internal stakeholders in an appropriate and constructive manner.
Job Requirements :
â¢Recognized Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
â¢Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
â¢At least 2 years of MS Dynamics CRM implementation / development experience
