As a Manager you are part of a large global Middle Office Reconciliations team. Manila is one of four priority locations for the Reconciliation Production (Rec Prod).
The Rec Prod team focuses primarily on the daily reconciliation of all Citco clients trading activity across all financial products.
This also includes other primary functions such as Corporate Actions processing, Dividend Reconciliations and Product Control for OTC instruments.
The Rec Prod primary function is to accurately complete daily reconciliations in line with Service Level Agreements. This consists of producing daily cash and position reconciliations with full break investigation of client transactions to third party data, to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all records.
The ultimate result is to ensure that any residual risk is captured, escalated and signed off prior to production of the financial Net Asset Value statements.

Led a team of Operations Analysts and Senior Operations Analysts to complete daily reconciliation work. Ensured SLAs were met, assessed work allocations and made amendments based on capacity / tenure to increase efficiency of overall team.
Performed and reviewed daily and monthly reconciliations completed by Operations Analysts and Senior Operations Analysts, and provided constructive feedback and coaching on processes and quality.
Supported migration of existing clients from local Citco offices into Manila.
Coordinated with other Citco office to standardize tasks.
Dealt with challenging situations with support of manager and VP.
Contributed to team development by coaching, developing, and enabling Operations Analysts and Senior Operations Analysts to take on more responsibilities in addition to core tasks.
Utilized work allocations as a tool to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reconciliations.
Participated in performance reviews. Prepared written comments for final appraisals as well as delivering feedback to employees.
Identified training opportunities for employees within the team.
Acted in the Manager capacity during manager absences.
Dealt with and resolved complex issues.
Built relationships with multiple support groups for system issue resolution and trouble shooting.
Participated in department initiatives to reduce risk; tested Recon Tools improvements; supported procedural updates while ensuring the team is provided adequate training on changes.
Worked with Manager to create efficiencies to decrease FTE requirements within the team.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROOUND and SKILLS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board / Bar / Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
Required skill(s) : daily reconciliation, Cash and position reconciliation.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / 5 Yrs.’ & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.
Willing to work on Mid Shift (1PM to 10 PM) and on extended hours (if needed)
Will be position in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
