Position Description :
This role will act as a consultant to the business from a recruitment’s perspective and will be responsible in helping manage IT Niche or Technology role requirements as well as occasional requests for Multilingual and Volume Recruitment roles for PGDC.
From sourcing, screening, and closing candidates, the Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for supporting and adhering to RMI principles during the entire hiring process.
This role will also be responsible for roll-out of TA policies and processes to ensure awareness, alignment and compliance to avoid legal and audit findings.
The Talent Acquisition Consultant is also expected to collaborate and help drive various TA initiatives especially those related to sourcing and Member Referral Program, build market intelligence in the latest offerings of other competitors to be able to contribute to business strategies.
Your future duties and responsibilities :
1. Strategic partnerships
Ensure partnerships with the hiring / project managers are established to understand further assigned requirements to fills.
Work with Talent Acquisition Manager, recruiters and hiring / project managers on implementing plan to ensure availability of talent from the local job market at the time of need.
Leverage on available recruitment sources to ensure requirement are met
Establish regular and timely stakeholder engagements to ensure alignment of targets and objectives.
2. Execution of Operational Objectives
Meet SLAs and metrics as agreed with key stakeholders and give regular update to resourcing
Use available monitoring tools to measure progress and effectiveness of recruitment strategies implemented for assigned searches
Have a strong knowledge and understanding of the recruitment process
Execution of recruitment programs and strategies. Ensure procedures are effectively in place for utmost efficiency.
Implement small to medium recruitment activities
Implement and strategies for ad-hoc project that may be assigned
3. Market information
Regularly and proactively gather and share relevant information about the job market and relevant industry practices with recruitment team and hiring managers
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
University graduate with considerable proven industrial experience and track record (minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT Niche Recruitment )
Demonstrated success in managing and delivering recruitment needs in the IT Niche or Technology (IT Recruitment), Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) and Multilingual hiring.
Preferably has experience in working in a multinational organization with a global operating model.
