Job Description

Sr. Financial Analyst GS Business Support isresponsible for reviewing and providing financial and business analyses and supporting the business through generating financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and consolidations.

  • Maintain Operational Excellence
  • Reviews activities associated with the annual business planning process and quarterly updates.
  • Consults with management to facilitate completion of business planning, forecasting, and actuals reporting action items.
  • Tracks costs, headcount, and savings and ensures everything is reported properly (performs reclasses and cross charges to ensure accurate reporting).
  • Prepares analyses used for monitoring, forecasting, and reporting on the expense, savings, and HC.
  • Documents and communicates changes to existing processes with key stakeholders and business partners.
  • Provides leadership on cross-functional teams, and gives presentations to finance and functional senior management.
  • Provides strategic support and financial expertise for business decisions.
  • Works with large data sets and evaluates forecast updates in order to communicate change impacts to management.
  • Challenges business assumptions, help to develop alternative scenarios and educates business partners on financial issues, concepts, and ownership.
  • Conducts complex financial, accounting or planning analyses of various functions such as budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and consolidations.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.

    Qualifications : Education


  • A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting, finance, or related business discipline.
  • CPA, CMA, MBA, and / or other financial certifications are preferred.
  • Required

  • At least 3-5 years of Sr. Financial Analyst GS Business Support is required.
  • Preferably with Tableau experience, Altyrx, SAP, TM1
  • Willing to work mid-shift
  • Willing to work onsite in Edison Road, Merville, Parañaque
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Excel, Word, etc.), ability to communicate results, must work well in a dynamic environment
  • Preferred

  • Experience in a Shared Service Centre of a multinational corporation or BPO.
  • Experience in a Global Account to Report function of a large multi-state company.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach.
  • Successfully manage multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines.
  • Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge.
  • Digital / intelligent automation capabilities.
  • Other

  • This position will require up to 0-5% % international travel.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office in particular Excel.
  • Candidates may be asked to work shifts to align with global assignments in Americas / EMEA / Asia.
  • Lead / Participate in other Regional / Global / Cross-functional duties as assigned.
  • Fluent English, other language skills desirable.
