Functional Overview :

The Regional Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for exploring, discovering, and creating revenue opportunities for the company both amongst internal clientele and external leads.

The role shall analyze client needs and offer tailor-fit solutions which nurture progressive and professional business relationships.

The Regional Strategic Partnerships Manager will also initiate contact and build professional relationships with C Suite’ executives and business owners within the current and potential clientele, understanding their business needs and managing the sales cycle to upsell solutions that match their operational requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Managing Sales Cycles
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of meetings, presentations and proposals in order to exceed targets
  • Deliver professional approach to all sales interactions, deliver superior sales presentations to customers by being fully prepared and performing research in advance of any interaction
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new clients with the company’s offshore model and operations, examining risks and potentials, and estimating the client’s needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Sales cycle account management responsibility over : Identifying opportunitiesMaking initial contactCreation of proposalsPre-sales stage to signing of Master Client Services AgreementAssistance in project implementation, managing transition to Account Management
  • Facilitates initial liaising between newly-onboarded clients and the company’s support departments, including overseeing of initial hiring, procurement of equipment, and office branding, among others, to ensure maximum client satisfaction
  • Business Development
  • Upsell customized solutions to existing clientele based on the client’s business model, operational performance, growth plans, and business needs
  • Establish client servicing models, processes, and policies to improve account productivity and clientele experience
  • Support business development initiatives through the promotion of the corporate profile and key services into selected target markets
  • Network across target market to build sales opportunities and identifying new opportunities
  • Understand the client’s requirements to be able to deliver our offshoring solution to meet their requirements
  • Develop and improve knowledge of competitors to fully understand the company’s positioning in the market
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Team for strategy and direction
  • Performance Measurement
  • Provides relevant information to immediate superior regarding performance, sales development, leads and prospects, through regular submission of accurate and timely sales reports
  • Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships
  • Contribute positively to both Account Management and Sales and Marketing teams through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team goals.
  • This will include input into budget planning, sales target forecasting and marketing procedures as required

    KPIs :

  • Revenue : 75% increase in gross revenue year on year achieving margins on seat and staffing rates or as pre-determined by management
  • Client retention rates (85% renewals year on year)
  • CSAT scores (maintain 8.5 score)
  • Peer review scores (maintain a score of 4 in the Power Meter 360 reviews)
  • Achieve lead to account conversion rate of 12%
  • Minimum Competencies :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Ability to negotiate complex contractual agreements and pricing models
  • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Highly persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Relevant commercial awareness
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • 5 years in client relationship management, professional services, business development and B2B sales
  • Has astrong track record of success within sales
  • Financial acumen, and ability to understand complex financial models
  • Ability to travel domestic and international
  • Ability to work with recent technological applications and CRM systems relating to daily tasks
  • Financial acumen, and ability to understand complex financial models
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
