    WHAT WOULD THE HIRE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

    1. Employee Relations

  • Represents company on Labor related cases
  • Serves termination notices
  • Facilitate exit procedure for resigned and terminated employee
  • Releases exit documentation
  • Counseling, grievance and discipline for all staff
  • 2. Account Management

  • Conducts regular site visits for off-site accounts
  • Participates in meetings that involve a range of issues as needed and / or assigned (e.g. personnel actions, regulatory requirements, actions involving outside agencies, inter-
  • department needs, collective bargaining, etc.)

    3. Performance Management

  • Ensure timely communication / execution / completion of the Performance Management Process
  • Maintains performance evaluation tracking system
  • Prepares employment documentation
  • 4. Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Administers both government mandated and company initiated benefits which includes government and company loans
  • Ensures that all benefits administered are consistent to the employees corresponding status and level
  • Maintains a record of all employee movement such as promotion, regularization, and merit increase / salary adjustments
  • Handles HR Information System and 201 files
  • 5. Employee Engagement

  • Works with rest of HR team on company events
  • Conducts new hire orientation
  • 6. Records and Reports Management

  • Prepares monthly and yearend reports on terminations, transfers, promotions, disciplinary action and other information required
  • Prepare reports on complaints, counseling, grievances, surveys and other adhoc tasks
  • 7. Others

  • Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned
  • Performs general office support functions and assists personnel as necessary
  • In the absence of HR Head, handles issues and inquiries and supply authorized information to employees related to Employee relations
  • Other duties as assigned
  • WHAT IS NEEDED TO QUALIFY?

  • College graduate (preferable in BS / BA Psychology, HR Management, Organizational Development, or General Science)
  • Generally, 5 or more years progressively responsible experience as a Human Resources Business Partner with experience in associate relations, learning and development, problem and conflict resolution and recruiting non-
  • exempt personnel in a high-volume environment

  • Experience in offshoring and / or business process outsourcing business models is required
  • Must have experience in managing various policies across multiple accounts or entites simultaneously
  • Proven experience in motivating and inspiring the workforce by mandating and executing vision and goals for the department and the company
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership / coaching skills and team building abilities are essential
