Current Need

RelayHealth Pharmacy is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Project Management Office (PMO) in Atlanta, GA.

The PMO’s mission is to help patients get the medication that they need to live healthier lives by delivering quality software-enabled solutions, on time and on budget.

Position Description

As a member of this team, you will analyze, evaluate, report, and manage data-driven processes / projects in support of our mission.

Extensive experience with data analysis, data visualization, and best practices promoted by the Project Management Institute (PMI) is required.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analysis, evaluation, forecasting, and modeling of data using MS Excel, and contemporary data visualization tools
  • Provides clear interpretation and presentation of data and analysis to stakeholders
  • Reporting on operational measures and metrics
  • Problem solving and process improvement using Six Sigma tools and techniques
  • Leadership of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of software project estimates and products or programs from the requirements process through finished state
  • Ensure the consistent application of project management and software development best practices (e.g. PMI, CMMI)
  • Management of resource availability and Operations Capacity (i.e. Capacity Management)
  • Author standard operating procedures and work instructions to promote repeatability and scale
  • Administration of recurring status meetings and operational reviews
  • Serve as the business unit owner of time reporting data collected in SAP and MS Access
  • Expand the use of Capacity Management / Portfolio Management throughout the business
  • Use complex computer programs to mine multiple data sources
  • Identify data trends, determine what the trends mean, and recommend solutions
  • Create compelling dashboards, scorecards, reports, and presentations using contemporary data visualization tools and techniques
  • Minimum Requirements

    Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience

    Critical Skills

  • 2+ years experience in operations analysis, data analysis, or business intelligence
  • Hands on experience analyzing data and developing data models
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, MS Access and an advanced user of Excel
  • Strong focus and proven attention to detail
  • Experience in project management methodologies and best practices, including requirements definition, building systems solutions and / or deployment of business requirements to information systems
  • Self-starter with a drive to continuously improve processes and remove inefficiencies
  • Adept at analyzing and using data to solve complex problems
  • Powerful oral, written and presentation capabilities adapted to clearly and concisely communicate to executive, business, and engineering team audiences
  • Experience with data visualization software (e.g. MS Power BI, Tableau)
  • Additional Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience with SQL a plus
  • Six Sigma certification a plus
  • Education

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, analytics or related field or equivalent experience
